Floor Tiles Making Machines

By pouring white cement concrete with color pigments and regular Grey color with two layers add attractive long lasting color interior flooring and wall faces. In a separate tile mixer, the high slump concrete mix is to be mixed. It can also be mixed with another tile mixer or regular drum type concrete mixer.
Functions:
- Molds with green concrete are kept for initial strength gaining for 8-12 hours over flat rate
- Cast concrete tiles are stripped out from the rubber molds
- Polyurethane or varnish coatings are applied for added attractiveness & wear resistance
- Rubber molds can be used more than 300 times other washing
- With rubber molds any architectural design can be reproduced in the tile face
